Charlton Away Tomorrow….

In our current position they’re all big games, tomorrow is exactly that. The remit of SAFCBlog is to report on games, this isn’t normally a problem, but for a variety of reasons I’m not going to the game tomorrow – after the highlight of reporting on 50+ games played behind closed doors, I’ll give the match report a miss tomorrow. Full steam ahead after tomorrow, shouldn’t miss any more games, culminating with a convincing Wembley win to see us promoted in May, (*)

Then…….

It’s 1308 days since we last beat Charlton, that was our first game back in division 3, all was good though as we had new owners and we’d go straight back up…… turns out the owners were complete fucking charlatans and almost 4 years on, the only P Word thats resonates is Piss-poor…..
  • We drew 1-1 down there under Ross, (who would believe it?)
  • We lost at Wembley
“Oh shit…….”
Loads of affection for my dogs, wife, kids etc✅ but I’ve got a serious amount of love for these 2 chaps❤️💔
  • We should have won down there behind closed doors, but didn’t
  • Lost at home to them last couple of seasons
  • Once scored a hat trick of own goals against them!
“Just keep it tight first half an hour or so lads…..”
Like dads who back their unborn son to play for England etc…. must have been a decent price on this fella managing us to a 2-1 defeat at Cheltenham 19 years and 3 days later??

Now……

Forget the past, never look back, the past is yours the futures mine etc et…..

  • Whilst they’ve had a tough run, their form is shite✅
  • We were excellent last week✅
  • We’ve had a full week off✅
  • Stewart on fire and Pritchard the best player in this division ✅✅
  • SAFCBlog Predicts ….. CAFC 0 vs SAFC 3 ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Won’t see you there…..

  • My tickets gone to a good home✅
  • Going to have a game of golf⛳️
  • Sort some stuff👍
  • Get Judy Finneganned 🍺

Home double next week….. onwards and upwards.
