It’s Wednesday, we played Sunday, this report is later than a Luke O’Nien challenge vs Swansea, but I’ve been busy as fuck.

Sunday

Sunday at noon is a crap time for a football match, but it’s still the best thing to do on a Sunday

Hit the North

There were 642 uniformed officers on duty on Sunday, a helicopter and loads of horses and dogs, that’s a lot of manpower / cost?
In September at their gaff, it wasn’t policed anywhere near properly post match, I’d not choose to be kept in a compound getting bottles chucked at me for 40 minutes, but it’s not a life changer for me. But it shouldn’t happen and there’s plenty who would understandably find it fairly distressing. Possibly a bit of overkill on Sunday, but it did create a safe environment.

The match

We have a wonderful stadium, when full it’s amazing⚽️ The atmosphere on Sunday was superb

1st half

We were tremendous, chances galore, there’s no one I’d rather the ball fall to than Amad to smash us into an early lead, it was just a case of waiting for the net to bulge…. But his cock, (standard length), got in the way and he missed the target. Loads more chances, they offered fuck all apart from one effort that Patterson dealt with fairly comfortably

Half time

0-0, slightly concerned Boro can’t be as bad 2nd half and that we’ve not scored having been so on top?

2nd half

More of the same, Boro no better and we continue to dominate

Most reading this will love Sunderland, after years of going through the motions and a fairly miserable existence, this season is different?
