Fixture Day Thursday….
Even we were less shit, I always worked on the basis that the release of the fixtures doesn’t really matter, it’s not like a cup draw – ultimately we will play everyone twice, (once at home and once away). We are about to start our 4th season in Division 3, that’s absolutely terrible, we don’t have any players yet and I don’t really fancy our gaffer – but… we’ll piss the league – 100%. No doubt we’ll play someone shit like Lincoln or Cambridge on the opening day and it’ll billed as a tough start…. 5 years ago Dour Dave took us to the Etihad to play City in Peps first game, now that’s a fucking tough start?
Only London beats a day out in Manchester, it’s strange what you remember….. my overriding memory is Khazri coming on as sub, trivial moment I know but I’d agreed to sponsor him and he pitched up the size of a fucking house, Ramadam, (a religious version of Weightwatchers), ran from 07 June to 05 July in 2016 – it really was quite an achievement for him to turn up so grossly overweight! It mattered not though as Moyes soon dragged the life out of any creativity we had at our disposal.
So big day Thursday, not only is it the fixtures it’s also the Pizza Cup Draw – exciting times.

Really enjoying watching it, game of opinions but I really don’t get the love in for the Scotch and Welsh, they don’t like us, I’m not really arsed about them, but for me it’s like Boro and Leeds….. I’m not really arsed, but I’d rather they lose. Big night for the home nations tonight, for some reason 2 England players can’t play because they haven’t got Covid, Wembley is at 25% capacity but in Europe the grounds are packed…. All very confusing
