To say how many points we’ve pissed up the wall this season, the win at Cambridge was a really battling 3 points⚽️

Are Cambridge any good?

It was impossible to gauge at their gaff, we bossed the first half downwind, they bossed the 2nd half downwind. Given it’s their first season after promotion, I’d imagine the initial aim was probably survival / consolidation, they’ve done that with ease….

Impossible to be anymore mid-table than mid-table Cambridge?
form suggests they are no mugs, since losing 6-0, (easily done), at Sheff Weds, they’ve won 4 of their last 6 games…..

Prediction……

Scenario 1……

They are safe, they might pitch up like Wolves did in flip flops, just happy to be playing at the home of football and avoiding injury, they roll over and we embark on a goal difference exercise….

Scenario 2……..

They are no mugs, it’s a massive game for us, if they turn up with no fear, they could make it very, very difficult for us. They have a decent gaffer, (only 36 and never played footie!), if I was in charge of Cambridge, (which, at present, I’m not), I’d be saying…… “look at the fucking stadium lads, just get right into these, they will be nervy as fuck, if we stop them scoring 1st 20 minutes, the crowd will get right on their backs? Let’s get a result and then we can come back here next year eh? Oh and just stand up if Gooch runs at you, he’ll just run into you……

I am 100% of the belief that Alex Neil is the right man, Saturday worries me greatly….. sorry.
