Fucking Fleetwood 2-2 Reportage….

A draw against a shit team, more of that later….

7.32am and we’re well on our way

SAFCBlog Family Matters….

love Footie, slight clash today as I’d promised to attend a Uni Open Day….. quick peruse of Google Maps and Lancaster Uni… Fleetwood Away…. Night in Blackpool is go⚽️✅

“We asked 1230 SAFC fans at Fleetwood… should we sit back at 2-1 and wait for them to equalise? ….our survey said…..fucking NO

Picture Perfecto…..

Had to let the SAFCBlog photographer go this week – whole new level today though….

A huge improvement picture-wise

Even tu ally….

Long old day for a ‘local game’, but 1pm and I’m game ready….

Team GB 🇬🇧 arrive home from the Tokyo Olympics

The Game…

So…… SAFCBlog is built on positivity, loads of positives today – primarily seeing 30 or so good folk who I wouldn’t otherwise see. There’s no point sugarcoating it… we blew it today. I don’t even feel like discussing it, I can’t be arsed to write about it, I’m sure no one really wants to read about it? But, my remit is to report on every game…..
  • Cirkin MOTM and fair dos to the German in nets ✅
  • Deserved lead at half time against a shite team
  • Deservedly pegged back a shite team 2nd half
  • Teams that win leagues, win games when they are 2-0 up with 10 minutes to go
  • Hopefully a wake up call? We are blessed with the best talent in this division, at 2-1 up…. Let’s go for 3-1, 4-1 etc? There’s zero benefit in sitting back against shite teams?
  • Game of opinions….. but for all the world McGeady was shot after 60 minutes. The new number 7 is on the bench, (so fit to feature?)
60 minutes – simples
  • In short, we should have won but we didn’t

There’s always a positive….. ALWAYS

It’s a simple concept, but brilliant….. I’m 50 and I’ve never considered the benefits of having mirrors instead of windows?

Another huge positive today was the quality of the photographs✅

Some shit pictures

Cup Game Tuesday….

All roads lead to Wigan & we go again….. it’s the only way?

Onwards and Upwards – FTM
