…… that said, the model is good, the recruitment is strong, surely our next appointment will be the man to get us out of this division, Shirley? Our owner probably doesn’t know who the next manager will be, I’m sure there will be an appointment sooner rather than later. I’m happy to just trust the process, appointing a new manager is a fraught process for us fans….. its a bit like getting a new car – it’s a huge positive, but you have to listen to right shite being talked along the way?

Managing sunderland is a massive job, there’s not that many managerial jobs out there, lots will always fancy it. LJ wasn’t for me, I liked Ross and I liked Parkinson, someone will eventually get us out of this division, whilst it not going to be LJ – like all the others, I wish him well. (except for Moyes, I hope your rabbit dies and you cant sell the hutch you dour scotch prick)

• The bloke from Fleetwood in midfield seems a decent player, you’d have to think he’s better than Gooch? I don’t know any Fleetwood fans, (does anyone), to ask?
