Nothing to report…..
During lockdown I watched games on my computer, normally when I miss games I’m not on these shores…. this is the first away game I’ve missed whilst not being abroad for years….. I know that a VPN, firewall, digital process would mean I could watch the game, but being honest, I’m too old to be learning new digital shite? So, I didn’t go to the game, or watch the game, I’m always aware that this blog is on the shite side of good, but honestly I’d not bother reading this tonight.
A non football football day….
- golf course shut
- chopped a tree down, (my tree)
- went to the tip
- met the lads for a slurp
- cooked sausage and mash
- saw a lady, (*), eating Pringles walking down Otley Road, (surely they are an indoor crisp?)
- but…… however it’s dressed up, I wasn’t at the game
On the pitch….
- didn’t watch or listen
- we drew with Northampton 0-0 in January 2021 after we’d been on Covid watch, prior to that our last 0-0 was at Charlton fucking ages ago…. sounded similar today in that we should have won?
Looking forward…..
- A clean sheet✅
- we have Fleetwood and Crewe at home this week
- thereafter we have some tough games
- Oxford and Plymouth away looking huge
- just need to get in the play offs and we will go up, 100%(*)
Sounded like a crap game today, but I missed watching the lads, I’ll see you beautiful red and white wizards in 3 sleeps ⚽️🔴⚪️⚽️
