Yesterday was always going to be a free day following the sad demise of Bury FC, SAFCBLog would have found a game to go to. More importantly, it would be 6 sleeps til Southend! I’ve been to Southend loads of times, it’s a shit town and a shit ground, but……. I’d be giddy as a kipper, where are we drinking? What am I wearing? Which services are we off to? Who’s doing the cool box? Etc….
